International registrants who plan to attend the AALAS National Meeting are urged to research VISA application requirements for their country and to apply early. Please note that AALAS cannot assist with VISA applications or with the embassies, but can assist with providing invitation letters to attend the meeting. Invitation letters to attend the AALAS National Meeting may be obtained through the following process:
International guests to the AALAS National Meeting in Charlotte are invited to attend the seventh annual gathering hosted by the AALAS International Relations Advisory Council (IRAC) meeting immediately preceding the First Timers’ Orientation. The discussion will focus on the functions of the IRAC and the ways in which AALAS can address the needs of the international laboratory animal science community. Plan to attend this informational and networking meeting. See the Final Program for exact time and location. You will also be given details of the meeting time and location when you pick up your International Attendee ribbon at registration.

AALAS membership registration rates will apply to individuals from outside the United States who belong to one of the ICLAS member associations. Proof of membership will be required to qualify for the member rate.
